న్యాయదేవత కళ్లకు గంతలెందుకు కట్టారు?

దేశంలో చదువు సంస్కారాన్ని, సభ్యతని, నీతి -నియమాలని మరిచిపోయేలా చేస్తుందా ఏంటి?...
ఇవన్నీ నాకు అర్థం కాని, అంతుపట్టని ప్రశ్నలు....
